The Delights of Porcello
The festival remembers the ancient ritual that took place in the farmyard of each house with the killing of
pork and meat processing by skilled butchers. The event offers a chance to sample many varieties of
hams, sausages and salami.

Festival of the Old Cheese and Pear Volpina

is a market for the original autumn fruits and typical products of the hill.
The pear is small, round and hard was a typical product of the Lamone valley.

 

His Majesty the Truffle

Sale of the truffles characteristic of autumn including the
bllack and white and a truffle of Bristol which emits a very intense aroma. In the local restaurants try a variety of dishes based on this product.
